All star teams?

In my game, I can't see the all star teams... I made a full installation but I don't think it's because of this. Well, the most interesting thing is that when I want to create a team with name: East All Stars, it says there is a team with that name, what can be the problem? Plesae help me...

By default, the East and West All-Stars are not available in Exhibition Mode as there was no All-Star Weekend in 1999. You can create the All-Star teams by creating a placeholder custom team then editing the dbf to give them the appropriate details. Just copy the details of the East and West All-Stars except for the TEAMID and TEAMCODE (that has to be the same as the Decade All-Stars so they show up in Exhibition Mode).
