What file(s) includes the player names spoken by Don?

and what file(s) includes the arena dito?

I think I found what files that are used.

There seems to be a ditty tool that can extract .dat entries in the
viv files, but the link on the download page seem not to be working??

Can we make the commentor speak Wade's name? Is there a way of this?

nah, noone found a solution, currently it's not possible
