bmp player pictures & 2000

Fri Mar 10, 2006 11:14 pm

Hi

I wonder if it is possible to include 'own' eg bmp pics
into the 2000 game.

In the 98 game there was a ports directory, but
it does not seem to be the same in 2000?

Thanx in advance. :)

Hi

Well inside the game, like eg on the view player in the roster or
on the starters before the game and on the stats after the game etc.

It was possible to do that in nba live 98. :)

Oh you mean players portraits.

Well, you have to convert them in FSH format with EAGraph

Is there no other way?? I kind of dont like the idea of having to convert
6500 bmp into fsh. :(

---

By the way, the 2000 game sets some kind of maximum performance rating limit for players.

The ratings that I had on players in live 98 game seems to be cut by the live 2000 game?

I wonder what field in the data base that controls this max limit?

I think I have solved it out now. :)

I will skip the bmp and use the 3D player ports instead.

Thanx for the info.

I have now made 1/4 of the conversion of my 10000 players db, that I used in live 98.

*hehe*

I used it when I learned how to program VB, Excel & Access.

It is a roster with fantasy teams, approx 950 with 9+2 players on each team + a bunch of free agents. :)

A total mix of real players 85% & imaginary players 15%, individual ratings & apperances & unique names for each player.

6500 with bmp pictures that I downloaded from the net.

I made my own editor and a couple of extra programs that eg displayed
a team with overall rating, player port and rudimentary stats for each player. I used to run those programs on a second PC.
