Looking for jersey creation tutorial

Back when the game was new, a patcher called Patman released a jersey creation tutorial. Patman's site is long gone, but does anyone still have a copy of his jersey creation tutorial floating around on their hard drive? Alternately, is there a Live 2000 jersey creation tutorial of any kind available online somewhere?
