NBA Live 2000 release: 1999-00 start of season rosters.

I am proud to release a new roster for NBA Live 2000, rosters from the start of the 1999-2000 season, I made this bc I wanted to attempt a roster for this game and better rosters than the default roster.

Lineups are accurate thanks to basketball-reference.com but some had to be tweaked a bit due to this not including any creations of the missing players, the SuperSonics roster is still default lineups but I'll correct that in the next update. (Forgot to change it)

No patches needed to use this.
