NBA LIVE 99 "FOUL SLIDER" REQUEST

I'm looking for a long time a small tool created for Nba live 99 by a Fan to fix the non-foul problem in this game, this smal tool is called "Ehanced foul slider" (viewed in NLSC site in 1999...)
