DB Commander

I have downloaded the latest roster patch from dp papollo (think that's how it's spelled) the same guy that makes the NCAA rosters. When I use the db commander to go and edit a player, let say someone from the decade 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th teams. When I search for a specific player let say George Mikan, the search will go all the way through and find no results. It will say finished search column with no results. I search in the right field (name) I'll put in Mikan and he or any other player from the decade's teams will not be found. Thus I cannot edit the player. I am also searching in the correct file number, like if my season is 002 I open that one up, select players. I can find those players for the legends, and championship team rosters patches, but when I download his roster patches I can't find those extra decade players. Could someone please respond and help me out?
