Changing Roster Allstars

Is there away to change who is on the allstar roster without downloading a update roster and can I put the put the 2004 rookies againts the 2003 rookies in maybe one of the added allstars teams place.

I know it could be done with some of the earlier versions of the toolkit.............. but for some reason the creator disabled the feature. I think there was some kind of problem or crash?
