Importing head/assistant coaches from college to be NBA coaches?

If you can't assign your first season players to be coaches, just allow them to be college coaches if you have that option to import original college coaches to be NBA coaches.

Here is the list of college head/assistant coaches that I'd like to see be able to be imported:

John Calipari (UK Head Coach)
Eddie Jordan (Rutgers Head Coach)
Chris Duhon (Marshall Assistant Coach)
Damon Stoudamire (Memphis Assistant Coach)
Kevin Ollie (UConn Head Coach)
Avery Johnson (Alabama Head Coach)
Michael Curry (Florida Atlantic Head Coach)
Mike Dunlap (Loyola Marimount Head Coach)
Steve Wojciechowski (Marquette Head Coach)
Chris Mack (Xavier Head Coach)
Jay Wright (Villanova Head Coach)
Greg Gard (Wisconsin Interim Head Coach)
Mark Few (Gonzaga Head Coach)
Eric Musselman (Nevada Head Coach)
Tom Izzo (Michigan State Head Coach)
Tom Crean (Indiana Head Coach)
Chris Collins (Northwestern Head Coach)
Mike White (Florida Head Coach)
Bruce Pearl (Auburn Head Coach)
Linc Darner (UW-Green Bay Head Coach)
Rob Jeter (UW-Milwaukee Head Coach)
Chris Holtmann (Butler Head Coach)
Dan D'Antoni (Marshall Head Coach)

There are more, but these are the only ones I'll mention.

If you import any college coach to be NBA coaches, the players that don't have the right HOF rating can't go to NBA coaching right away, they can, if they retire, become college coaches that can later be imported to the NBA coaching staff pool.

Like Hoiberg from Iowa State to Chicago and Donovan from Florida to OKC in real-life, I think this would be a great addition for the NBA 2K series.

Also, I understand that this gets old, but I'm not trying to spam.

I'm sorry, but I really don't think you understand. If you did, you'd stop making these threads that are all ultimately related to the same topic.

Look, I'm trying to be as nice as I possibly can be about this. I don't want to discourage you or anyone else from creating topics, or talking about the things you want to talk about. However, it's getting ridiculous at this point. A majority of your threads come back to this same obsession with coaching changes, or players becoming coaches. Even topics that aren't explicitly related to that subject still somehow come back to it, or end up mentioning it in some capacity.

It's getting tiresome, and as a result, the responses you're receiving are mostly sarcastic and mocking because people are fed up. You've got to "feel the room", as it were. These topics aren't resonating positively with anyone any more, and continuing to push the same line of conversation isn't going to change that. It's time to chill out a bit on this particular subject, find something new to talk about. Again, I'm all for talking about the things you want to talk about, but when certain topics aren't gaining any traction, it's better to give them a rest, at least for a little while. Forcing the issue is just going to make things worse.

I'm sorry to be blunt and also to shut down a conversation cold, because we do want everyone to enjoy their time here, and to feel as though they can post freely. But doing this is only going to build a reputation of being that poster who only wants to talk about one thing, and manages to shoehorn that topic into every conversation. It's going to rub people the wrong way, and at the end of the day, no one will have a particularly good time or enjoyable discussion. As I said, feel the room, find something fresh and different to talk about. It's too much of the same right now. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you're kind of going about it the wrong way and annoying people as a result. I'd like all of our regulars to develop good posting habits, so please consider my advice moving forward.
