Missing MyTeam Cards

As well as drawing '98 Toni Kukoc twice before, tonight I picked up another MyTeam card that isn't visible in my collection. I was going to use my new '91 Scottie Pippen to complete the Historic Domination (ironically, the reward is an Amethyst Scottie Pippen), only to find he wasn't available. Has anyone else experienced this?
