Last year the final game size of NBA Live 15 after all patches was being ~15,6 GB for Xbox One (I don't have a PS4).
We know about 45-46 GB of a 2K basketball sim content, more of that are CGI and cutscenes.
While in the Xbox Live Store there is just a release date with its artwork only, I still waiting Xbox One size to compare with another console.
