Nothing wrong with showing glitches, but as the owner of a website, you need to be professional, be constructive.
He also tweeted the missing faces, making a joke of the game. It's extremely unprofessional, but you come to expect that from a site that had numerous 'personalities' go on to work for 2K and other existing employees already taking part in discussions.
Saying he and his site is biased is putting it kindly.

The funny thing is why it hasn't been addressed. In 14 and 15, there is an issue after half time where the commentary AI thinks a 3pt attempt is actually done from the back court. I wonder if that has anything to do with the free throw bug. Then you have players not turning to face the basket while shooting, and the ps2/xbox versions had code to remedy this.
