Not possible. You have only those teams which are on the list

Yes you can actually, using Limnono's tool. You can trade yourself for a player on the team you want to join. I made a tutorial on it, it tells you how to trade on the tool but you have to play at least one game before you can trade yourself: viewtopic.php?f=160&t=97951 (Y)

Any way you could provide some additional details on this? I've used the tool multiple times before and have gone through the tutorial. I've been successfully able to trade players between teams in MC but have never been able to successfully trade MyPlayer in MC.

Whenever I try to trade MyPlayer I hear the "CLANG" noise indicating it was sucessful however it never changes. I've played and completed a few games and still no luck. I'm wondering if there's something else I'm missing when doing this. Here's what I've been doing:

Launch NBA2K
Open Trainer
Hit "Home"...I hear the "Clang"
Open MyCareer
Go to Player Stats
Highlight Joe Harris from Cleveland and hit F4 (hear the clang)
Go to MyPlayer on the Jazz aNd hit F6 (hear the clang)
Cycle through the teams and come back to the Jazz...no changes

Check the Cavs and see that Sim Bhullar is now on the Cavs and Joe Harris is on the Kings.

Any help would be much apprecaited. Thanks.

Try f5 instead of F6

Yeah, I've tried F5 and unfortunately have the same result. Clang but nothing actually happens.

It should work. I have no problems with it. This is what I do.

Hit home key
Go to "player stats" screen
Hit F4 on MP
Hit F5 on the player I want to switch with.
Go out of the "player stats" screen.
Go back into that screen and see that I'm on my new team.
Exit MP mode as it still shows my guy on the old team's practice gym.
Go back into MP mode and now my guy is on the new teams practice gym.

Now from the looks of what you type before, you did everything correct except the F6 part, which should be F5. But like you said you did the F5 also. Not sure why it's not working.
