Playing My Career with Edited roster

Can I play my career with edited/customized roster of mine and not the default 2k roster? How?

Unfortunately no, but there is a method of editing the roster once you get in. Nothing major but just the basic stuff like accessories and what teams players are on. I found a Chinese trainer off the 3DM website which copies a load of different id's from players in a roster and pastes it on the player you want it to. Have absolute no clue where it's getting the id's from but it allows me to change players accessories as well as trade players to different teams. It's quite complicated since Google translates Chinese isn't exactly up to par, so half the time I have no clue what it's saying. Here you can have a go at it if you want :

i downloaded that trainer 4 days ago and i've also read other threads about it and i still don't know how to use it. can you please help me? i just want to know how to trade players in my team and get the players i want from other teams. Thank you so much!
