Is it possible to earn daily vc bonus (on pc via steam) for two different accounts? Now I'm playing as a SG, but maybe I'll play as a Center and I want to earn some free vc from app for both players.

Different player != different account. Unless you have two copies of the game tied to two steam accounts you can't earn the bonus twice. That said you can play quick games (you get VC even if you lose), max 500 VC per day and Pick&Win, which gives you 50 VC per correct guess on who's gonna win next night (in real NBA).

With all those you can easily average 1500 VC per day and if you play Daily Bonus smart you can also get 3K from time to time (I get that around 1.5 times per week).
