Shoe edit scrolling

Is anyone else experiencing a glitch with the shoe edit screen where the options continue to cycle without me pressing any buttons? Anytime I am on the shoe edit screen, the screen continues to scroll down, and I have to fight the autoscroll just to make my selection. This does not happen anywhere else on the game, and I have tried to separate computers and both are doing it to me.

Anyone else?
