NBA 2K15 Patch (10/21) Available For PC

After I have finished updating, Steam restarted and I cannot login back anymore.

"Could not connect to the Steam network"

Leftos, are you guys going to look into the random fps drops? at least once in every 24 second shot clock, the fps drops drastically and then goes back up to normal.

After the patch i noticed mini freeze in studio with shaq and ernie, it looks like stop and go, stop and go but with 60fps, weird.
About spec, this is how this game looks with 60fps on my spec, i spent on my rig 2years ago 2000$. I will have to paste this in other thread to stop question about fps on medium rigs. Jerseys looks better in 2k9, no single one stupid reflection, static jerseys, no sweat, no player lighting, blurred textures to the maximum...2k9 looks way better in static. +we have to watch many graphical issues.











No optimalization, for me personally it looks like 2k decide to release 2k15 on pc in june maybe, they are rushing so much, they forgot that pc using keyboard. They did not beta test this game, this is obvious for me, which beta tester did not notice stuttering or problems with pad? Ofc i have full respect for Leftos, because which dev come into gaming forum and trying to solve issues? which, where? never. But damn, should we be excited because finally we can use our pads? or keyboard? wtf happening with this world and customers. 2k released monster, benchmark, i didnt know 2k want to be another Crytek....crysis is non benchmark when start compete with nba 2k15.

Can a moderator please ban anyone posting about the online patch links? It's an insult to the guys who work on the game (especially now since we have resident devs and programmers on this site). Relegate them to the virus-ridden dark corners of the internet.

Lol, 3 weeks since release and still in "pipeline". Let me ask You Leftos, how long is that pipeline? Will it be fixed until new season?

Everything is fine with my game, runs fine with 60 fps but these two:
1. hair transparency
2. statistic bug

These two are ruining my gameplay. Give some time frame Leftos how long until that patch? Until new season or until new year and beyond

When I say "fix is in the pipeline", I mean that barring unforeseen circumstances, the fixes for these issues should be in a future patch. I don't know when the next patch is coming out, so I can't give you a timeframe. Believe it or not, there is a pipeline. Making a code change to fix something doesn't make it ready for mass-consumption. There is a procedure to get the fix live.

Skoadam, my fps usually drops real low for a sec or 2 during half court sets as if it's rebooting. Yours happens at half-court? it's weird. I been trying to get Leftos' attention with this, hoping he would comment.

In case You are wondering how much is 60€ (but I belive You know since I can guess that You originate from Greece), I will tell You that is around 76$ which is and You will agree not small amount for a game that is full of bugs. So I just must assume that you guys at VC will maybe fix these bugs but then again there is strong possibility that it will not happend, like all times before. Or maybe You will just understand that instead of fixing code for this 2k15 it would be much more cost effective to just copy/paste and put some new shadows, find new cover figure and make 2k16. Lets hope that I am wrong.

And what is wrong with fouls??? Sliders on max and on 12 min quarter I get 10 max ftA?

Oh and this is important. How is it possible that in every single nba 2k release, there is an issue with settings saving? This year it just reset replays and audio presentation. How? Do You even test game before release and if You do, I must tell You that your testers are doing poor job. Fire them and get new ones

Yea, I am basketball fan and statistic freak so it does and when comentators talk about it and camera freeze it is ruining whole experience. And if I pay something good money I expect that it dont have so many issues.

I just dont get it how could statistic bug slip into final release? Did anyone of You devs tried game before release date? If You already had known about it then You should admit it and/or drop price of this beta version of 2k16.

Oh and let me tell You, dont know if You tried it but AI of team mates in myC is horrible.

Dude, why don't you just chill? I have the hair bug too but I don't fixate on it and let it detract from the rest of this otherwise, excellent game.

Stop harassing Leftos about it. Don't you see that he's been answering practically every one of our complaints on this forum. Push him and he'll eventually say "f these losers. " Is that better? Being in the total dark and not knowing if anyone is hearing our complaints? He says a fix is in the works and I believe him. Because he said a fix is in the works for the game crashing and lag and a week later, the patch comes out fixing most of the lag.

The priority right now is 1) problems that cause crashing 2) problems that make the game unplayable (lag) 3) and only then, cosmetic problems or problems with settings.

I am totally cool and we are having debate. No one is harassing anyone. I have just stated facts and asked couple of questions. And game is far from excellent. Also You should not worry about Leftos, he is paid to do this job. He do not volunteer.

As a customer I'm concerned based on previous experiences with PC game client.



And it annoys me when I got couple of players with longer hair. Installed new nvidia drivers and it is not nvidia issue. It is 2k and VC issue.

It seems Leftos, that there are a few posts about resolution issue's. Did you get or put in to the guy's that the 5760x1080, which is eyefinity and Nvidia surround 3 screen setups will be addressed in a future patch? The resolution is their but aspect ration unrecognized!

My game thankfully never had or have any issue's with the game except the resolution, no statistics during game and Controller disconnecting and reconnecting many times!

Yeah, the thing with the hair and the roster not getting updated is annoying. But I'm sure it will get fixed soon.

haven't patched the game yet..I've seen the log, it says that now in the file VideoSettings.cfg there is a line ABOVE_NORMAL_PRIORITY=1 - Above normal priority, will it work for me to add it there without the patch, or I'll have to patch it tonight for that? Cause I'm tired of setting the priority everytime I start the game manually, but it really does remove the stutter for me

Seriously, what other company actually pays devs to monitor forums like this to register customer complaints? BMW and Mercedes don't do it. No one does. Because they're all afraid that the rep will say something that people will hang onto and sue them for it. I love how 2k is authorizing Leftos to come on here and talk directly to us and address our concerns.
