well as i know there is only steam version of 2k15
i havent been banned so i think they wont ban you
there are no bans for modding 2k9-2k14 so...

NOTE that import feature isnt yet ready and that it will be in next [RC] 4-5 days
NOTE that import 2K14 textures is in work and i could feature RC

Launching OpenBETA so you [ users ] could explore data and prepare texture's
