Textures importing/exporting tool

I actually don't remember how is called this tool, I guess it was made for NBA 2k11 but worked with 2k12/13/14 as well. With this tool you could select your NBA .exe file, then run game and with +/- buttons you could export textures and then - import. Where to find this tool? Maybe it works with 2k15 as well?
