I wish 2k would make it a lot more intelligent and have the players shoot actual 3's. If you're a pro, it's almost second nature to know where the line is without even looking at it. I don't need my stupid player putting his foot on the line intentionally. It's almost like you need to shoot the ball from 3 feet behind the 3 pt line in order for it to be a guaranteed 3.

In 2K14 players were moved few inches when you were shooting 3 pointers, is that better? And I only noticed this with average shooters, never happened with Allen for example (and boy, he did lighted it up in his last season).

Oh, and some shot clock cheese for the day: Lillard just nailed a step back 3 from 5 ft behind the 3 pt line. Nice.

I too noticed that when 2K14 was released, the player would be shifted back a few inches to make sure it was a 3PT shot. They seem to have changed that this year. 2K15 is very strict on calling it a 2PT shot if your foot is slightly touching the line. I think a happy medium between the two would be a good thing to have for 2K16.

BTW Lillard hit that shot last night.

Yep, a happy medium. Like maybe even a switch or slider in gameplay settings that makes the cpu help you shift your player behind the 3 pt line or not.

LOL about Lillard.

He just puts his hands up and whatever pass you thought you had to your big is immediately deflected and stolen. Extremely annoying when you see a pass that's open and when you press pass, 3 guys converge on it. WTF dude? Sliders aren't going to fix this one. If you turn down cpu steals, it doesn't delay their reaction time, it just lets the ball go through their hands more often, which is also bs.

As a PG, my passing game is utterly useless in MyCareer so far. Does this get better when you're a better passer? I'm 81 in passing now.

Haha yeah 7 is TOO HIGH....around 4 TOs is avg with 10+ Assts

The Pick & Roll isnt as easy as Last year.
The Defense on the P&R is amazing this year.

I rarely Touch the sliders (default) and i woudnt recommend anyone else to do that to (I case ur interested in the real world exp.)

TIPS FOR EASY ASSISTS
1. ask to P&R at the Top Corner away from the 3Pt Line.
Make sure your player has good speed (80-85+)
Drive through the Def
ONE OF THE TWO THINGS HAPPEN -

a) the Big guy is too slow to stop you & you rush past him- allowing for a DUNK/EASY LAYUP or Bounce Pass to the Roll Guy for a Shot (Contested / Simple)
b) you get manhandled to the Corner 3 - With the big guy on you its a MEAN MISMATCH. Go back to the 3 pt line & Break some ankle for a drive & Dish....

Also i suggest 2 Plays -
1. Call for a Screen on the Top. Do a Crossover / Spin move to get the guy stuck. Cut laterally to the basket. You will either find a 3pt shooter open since the guy switches or you can hop step , Lean fadeaway...(the Hop step / fade give you the shot creater badge fyi)

2. Call for the play with 2 screens

HOPE THIS HELPS
