Is there a way to remove the player selector circle ?

Is there a way to remove that circle underneath the player you control ( the one with the stamina bar on it ) ?

I looked over the options in the settings menu. I removed the shooting meter, rythm icons and "who to guard" . The stamina circle is still there. I want my game to be as realistic as possible but that circle ruins it for me.

In the past it has generally taken a mod to do this, and I imagine that will be the case this year as well. We may not be too far away from being able to do so, but at the moment, I believe it is not possible.
