All of the Game mode at 69% Game Crashes

Can someone help me?
When loading My Career at the 69% the game Crash to Desktop. Help please. :bowdown2:

Tried to create another My Career, after choosing team to try out and at 69% too the game Crashes. Help please.

At Quick Game too. At 69% the game Crashes.
