2k14 overall was too shiny... its good they made it more subtle and real

I'm really loving the work they've done on animations. Everything looks smooth and spot-on. Just look at these hesitations, dribbles, even the post-up game.

Saw the cast and I have to agree with a lot of the others here. We NEED NEW community managers. Ronnie and LD kept interrupting the actual develops of the game over and over and over and over. When 2K does a cast with people who actually worked on the game alongside people who are just VC pushers, I wanna hear from the devs and want the VC pushers to keep their mouths zipped.

Also that ad popping up so much was horrible. Very horrible. Whoever at 2K thought that was a good idea needs to be reassigned to office janitor. Everyone knows what the pre-order bonus is at this point, so shut the heck up about it.

The gameplay itself (when it wasn't covered by that stupid pre-order ad) looked alright.

I imagine they chose the Bulls black jerseys instead of the red so people wouldn't be posting "Awwww, pink again? WTF 2K!?"

Overall, another lackluster cast from 2K. Can't say I'm surprised.

EMan, its because of license and NBA palette of colors, dont ask me why its pink when in real its red.
I was posting two years ago about annoying presentation of every new nba 2k so this is not new for me.

The courts in 2K, visually speaking, have been the weakest part of the game since I can remember. What's worse is they look like pure imports from old gen this time around. It goes way beyond reflections. Parquet textures are not even remotely close to what you see in real life. Colors are almost always inaccurate one way or another (We've all heard the excuse of them using official NBA colors or what not, and then all of a sudden the Bulls red color was changed). I expected textures to be somewhat higher res than old gen. They aren't. And then you can go into details that are missing on a court by court basis. Finally, you have reflections which who knows how they should look, but probably not what they have currently.

I wouldn't even have a problem with minor details if the courts just looked better on the surface.

At this point I have no hope anything will change. Play on PC for accurate courts, even though I like the experience on console better.
