I can help you on creating textures if someone sends me 3D models for each top type (low-mid-high), and a base texture/template (psd) for shoes.

I need someone to convert over 400 shoes. Few of them are 128x128. These are compilation of default 06 shoes, various conversions of patchers and my own work.
If I put +400 shoes there, you will open 270 of them with DOLFFIN or FshX. I'm too lazy to extract each of the textures inside.
Rest of them will be already png files.
I'll also include a xls file that includes shoe data info

I have studied the architecture of these shoe files for many days and hours trying to understand how to properly implement shoes as a 2k dev would have. My coding knowledge is not great but I was able to figure out the team color aspect.
