Question on ratings: Based on the ratings you have thus far, it seems that the intention is not to have them correlate with NBA players ratings, (to illustrate, let's say you have a college player with an 85 rating, that would mean he is already good enough to be an all star in the NBA,) but to have them stand alone as a separate game.
I can see logic in doing it either way, (correlating skills to NBA or having them relative to just how good they are in college) and have no complaints with however you want to do it. The reason I bring this up is that I foresee using this mod in conjunction with association mode. Once Vlad adds draft class editing, it wouldn't be too challenging for anyone familiar with Reditor to add draft class players, (pierrelban's fictional draft classes, for instance) and remove graduating seniors or players entering the draft at season's end. This would of course be a little work at the end of each season, but would make Association mode insanely deep and give great context while playing this NCAA mod. Of course, for that to work, you would need relative ratings, so that a college player rated a 60 would be a 60 in the NBA. To me, it also seems the NCAA game would feel more authentic if the average college player was less athletic and skilled than the average professional.
Either way, it won't be too difficult to globally change the ratings however you guys decide to do it. Thanks again for the great work.

I also have new stadiums for Kentucky and other teams, which look AMAZING, thanks to Im1averageJoe. I've fixed the reported cyberface and skin tone issues, fixed some player ratings, fixed rotations (not perfect, but much better than currently).
I'm also starting to look into the playoff crowd files, which I saw in stoeck's thread, which look like a sweet white-out and I want to try and incorporate to give the game more of a college game feel. Anybody who has experience editing the team_xxx.iff files, I'd love to hear from you about the possibility of making a generic white-out crowd, or possibly even a few different color-out generic ones (blackout, red, blue, green, etc.) so we can use them.
Again, all feedback is welcome.

Feel free to post whatever you like here, or make a thread in the regular 2K14 section. It's all good. Have fun.zzcoolj21 wrote:Hey bigh0rt, can you make a thread like an NCAA 2K14 march madness thread where people post videos and stories about their player/team in this mod?
