I just uploaded my files. I tested out the download link and this should work for everyone having issues with this tool.

Ive searched the entire thread about crashes, but all the post pertain to the trainer itself crashing....or the game crash during press conferences etc. I was able to read through the thread and do everything on my own. I was able to put my self on the Bulls @ 14 after i got drafted 27th. I played with my attributes, changed the birthdates of other players etc. I saved mycareer, and everything worked fine.

But as soon as i started changing my sliders, problems begin to happen. now mycareer crashes everytime I try to load my next game. THe load bars pops up 3 times,s then the game just closes. Any solutions?

Just use reinstall the original tunedata.iff file. Should work if its only related to the mycareer sliders.

I extracted the tunedata file (from retail disk) and replaced it, but the game kept crashing. So I think my issues were much deeper than faulty sliders.

I repaired all my files and started from scratch. I put my player back on the Bulls after being drafted by the Nuggets. I also added sp points via the cheat engine. I wanted to change some of the birthdates because the draft class was from 2016, so a lot of the rookies are 15 and 16 yrs old. But i may leave that part alone.

As for the sliders, this post from 2013 helped me set my sliders:

Of course they do! Easiest way I found to edit the sliders is to first do it in the game itself, then click on the "settings" tab in the trainer to lock all the settings values, and then load up MyCareer. Since the trainer locks all the values once you click on the settings tab, all sliders/settings changes you've made in the main menu will be carried over to whichever file you decide to load afterwards.

Aleczou has made it possible to change the tool's language to English. Sport.Swami has allegedly been helping Aleczou with translating the tool, so it should (at least) be partially translated, which is great news for everyone. Big shout out to him once again!

Changing the "English" value in Setting.ini to "1", will enable the English version of the trainer.

IMPORTANT - READ THIS:

Listen everyone. The reason why the trainer may be working buggy in some cases, is because those who are constantly connected to the 2k servers, will constantly be receiving new updates. These updates will be stored in your "Online Data" folder under C:\Users\(Useraccount)\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2k14. These updates have obviously changed several memory addresses and have resulted in making the tool somewhat buggy.

This has been hinted before in this thread, but If you'd like to enjoy all the features of the trainer, make sure you're NOT CONNECTED to the servers and completely REMOVE the Online Data folder.

The purpose of me doing this is not that people can switch back and forth clumsily to check which is which, but that to allow someone to put everything together to make a working, english trainer just like last year. Hi guys.
This error occurs when I try to open the tool, it won't even open I just get this error message.
I was using this tool before and suddenly it stopped working so I downloaded version 1.3 (was using version 1.1) but the problem is still there.
I tried everything I could think of...I run the game as administrator, deleted everything in online data folder, deleted cache.
I'm using medevenx roster for mc and newest player portraits update.
Please help!!

I confirmed this. When you use latest portrait it will give you error so stick to the default portrait if you wanted to use this trainer

Recently had this trainer problem and I just revert back to the DEFAULT portrait.iff and portrait.cdf files, that made the trainer work. Hope this helps

Hey guys, I know that here isn't the exact location for this question, but since it is the most frequented Forum of 2K14, I came to ask here. I'm sorry.
I'm having a problem: I like to download alternate uniforms on the NLSC page and replace those in the game standard that I don't like. But some of the downloaded files come with, let's say 4 files , but there are only three positions in the game folder and I'm forced to discard one or replace. Is there a way to insert all without having to discard?
