Hey guys,

Very new to this mod. Loving it so far, although I do wish it was for 2k15 (not your fault from what I gather, fantastic job on the mod!)

Question, is the commentary supposed to be more college based? Or is that not part of the mod? Because it's still NBA (Kellogg, ugh).

The commentary has not been altered at all, so you'll get a lot of unwanted NBA discussion, unfortunately. My suggestion is to turn commentary off, and ramp up Crowd Noise, etc. to have more of an in-arena college feel to your experience.

Does the arena sounds get altered at all? Like for instance, I'm a diehard UNC fan, and at the Dome we'll go "Tar!" and the other side "Heels!". Something like that would be awesome implementation.

Oh, and out of curiosity, any plans to do one for 2k15? Or is it even possible? I'm sure you've posted on this but I'd have trouble finding it.

They have been doing extremely well as of late and I would be ecstatic if the made their way into this mod. I know people have made court files for them and jerseys. Hope Purdue gets in this awesome mod.

Unfortunately I don't foresee it happening at this point. Maybe down the line. Here's my last post on re: adding teams.

Again, I don't even have a working version of the game right now, and even if I did, I do not currently have intentions of adding additional teams at this juncture. droc81yo is playing and enjoying the mod, and last I spoke with him, has no desire to at this point, either. The amount of work involved in adding a single team, entirely from scratch, having players rated appropriately, team styles, cyberfaces and/or look-a-likes, the arena, the court, the crowd, the uniform... it's tremendous. I don't anticipate adding any teams to the roster, but would be happy to provide uniforms and help to droc, should he change his mind. It would be ideal for him to do it, because he could use the same rating system, and formulas used to get the teams to play like themselves.

We're unfortunately still miles away from having the modding capabilities to do that on 2K15.

The closest we have to that is having the fight songs play during the game, and even then it's just random and not team specific. You can do that in Settings, by turning up 2K Beats or whatever they're called, all the way up for In-Game, and turning down/off Announcers. Gives a great college atmosphere, IMO, even if the fight songs are random.

Everything looks great and is playing without any hiccups however whenever I use Iowa State as the home team, its crashing to the desktop. Is there a fix in place for this?

If you read the last couple pages I believe he said a dorna file was causing this crash (look for a poster named ryan who was talking about this)- download the update link, I think he fixed this.

Yes I did see that post from Ryan, but I didn't see how it was resolved. Unfortunately, I've done the updates with the new dorna file and it's still crashing. Have you or anyone else tried playing with Iowa State as the home team?

I would re-download the Update file and make sure the file dorna011.iff is there and try again. We've got a fre guys like ryan who play with Iowa St frequently and I believe would've reported if the bug persisted. Still, if it keeps up, let me know.

No problems here w/ ISU...w free version of Reditor you should be able to select the tab that shows what dorna is assigned to what team...make sure Iowa State has their's assigned to the 11 and not the dornaiowastate...also just in case make sure you are dloading the roster as well as the update whenever an update is posted because its all tied together

Big, I ran into a small issue when playing Ohio State in that their logo on the scoreboard is all messed up...im using the ncaa cbs scoreboard and all other logos work correctly (just checked w/ every team) with the exception of one other issue w/ Washington who is missing filler color which isn't too big of a deal, but Ohio State's is kind of crazy looking. Is this something that we would need to contact exrixxx for or is this an easy fix?

This file should do the trick for the Ohio state scoreboard issue.

before renaming/deleting the dornaiowastate.iff or re-installing everything Make sure you have this file.

. It is dated 1/27/15. If you do not have this version it will crash. It is included in the updates download. The dornaiowastate.iff looks at the dorna011.cdf when loading the cyclones stadium. It is working on my machine. here is a preview.

Sorry to bother again Bob, but one last question: does Miami have a blue scoreboard background because Green or Orange would blend with their logo or is it also one that could possibly be fixed (even grey would be better than blue imo).

Last year when I made the logos, whatever team I did before Miami was probably blue, and I just forgot to change the background color. I will include both of these new logo files for OSU and Miami in the next update.
