I have 2 questions: how do you make those "layers" on back, this bear?
How to make embroidery?

I found an old back logo and was able to splice it together, and wing some of it, for the back gray. The embroidery is just some different texturing I keep experimenting with.

Just tested the beta with my friends in college. As Syracuse students you have no idea how much your work means to us to be able to play with our team in an era where college basketball video games are no longer made. We played with Syracuse and noticed a few errors: Tyler Lydon's name is spelled as "Tyler Lyson," and Moustapha Diagne is on the roster even though he's not coming anymore. Besides that, the absence of a made-from-scratch Carrier Dome (I understand the amount of work that would have to go into making that happen), and a couple trivial inaccuracies in terms of the players' physical appearances, the mod looks great so far! Keep up the awesome work, my friends and I can't wait to play season mode with 'Cuse.

Quick question: are the logos for each team showing up correctly for you? Several of the teams have incorrect logos for me in the roster menu, (FSU is showing OU's logo, for example). They are displayed correctly during games though. I'm not sure if this is user error on my part since I am using the mod enabler to swap back and forth with a few different mods, but I've error checked and run it through several times and the logos are still displaying incorrectly, so I thought I'd put this question out there for the greater good.

bigh0rt, also i need to ask about one thing, after pasting cyberface files into 2k main game folder(clean installation) i saw 8 conflicted cf files. My question is, are those files just better version of players/coaches or its really overwriting some cf players with different players, i dont have time to check this right now. Here is the list, maybe it will be helpful for you:

College plays two 20-minute halves, so that would replicate 10-minute Quarters. However, college has a 30 second shot clock, so in order to replicate the appropriate number of possessions and achieve accurate results (per possession and per game, not per minute), the optimal quarter length time is 8 minutes.

For me team select screen, behind players, in roster view screen, i think i saw blank logo on scoreboard(default) and pause screen. I think you should check logos_large,small,medium,tiny files first(are you sure all of them are the same?) or maybe you forgot to paste updated (if there was any update ofc) logos files.
Now i understand why 4x8 thx.
