Hi I have just downloaded this trainer. Once i open NBA 2k14++++='.exe its all in weird characters. I can't understand anything. everything is in £¬²¿·Ö¹¦ÄÜ¿ÉÄÜÎÞЧÉõÖÁµ¼ÖÂÌø³ö.
please help me my friends. I already checked the first page and completely removed online data and turned off my internet before opening the .exe file but to no avail.

That's a problem I don't think I can actually help with since it's so system specific, and a "crash" like that can have a million different reasons. Were you able to run it before? If so, see if you can remember what exactly you changed and work your way back.

Thanks man. works fine now. I am now editing rosters using the trainer. Opened the trainer, ran NBA 2k14, loaded my rosters and started editing using the trainer. How do I save? do i edit the rosters using the trainer and save in game or edit and save and restart game?

Having issues opening the trainer. It begins booting up for a second, then will automatically close without any error message a second later. After reading back through all solutions nothing has resolved this issue. I'm guessing this is likely an entirely separate issue from the Online Data issue which will give you an error message. I'm using Windows 7, with a steam version of NBA 2k14.

You may want to add the trainer to your anti-virus' exception list. It sounds like it's being forced closed.

Open the settings and change the "game dir" folder.

Perhaps you can try recreating the old folder and simply putting the 2k14 .exe in that folder, and then try running the trainer to change the location?

Hey guys, I've been using this trainer for along time and I never thought that it would stop working. Just 2 days ago, while I try running the application, it shows the message "NBA2K14++++++ has stopped working". I tried downloading the other versions but those don't work anymore either.
I would really be happy if someone could help me. Thanks in advance

Disable the portraits in the .ini file, that "should" fix it.

Well, that can be a million different things. One of which is the portraits and if that isn't the issue then I don't know. All the solutions have been posted and explained already, so if you've tried everything then I'm out of ideas. Especially since it was working before...

What exactly do you mean by that? Does your PC "freeze" for a moment when you open the program, and then the program doesn't actually start?

I haven't got the slightest idea... Never ran into that problem before! Are you getting any errors, or does the trainer simply not start at all?

It's also changed the height and weight of my created player in MyCareer, however some changes that I've made, like birthday and contract length are not changing on the player card on MyCareer, so I can't be sure that the changes have taken place. Also, oddly, for the first few games after using the trainer, my games began with .2 seconds left in the second quarter and then simulated to the end of the game after half-time...any ideas?

Making changes to your MyPlayer, make sure you're not on the "Edit Player" screen in-game. The contract I don't think can be edited without it causing issues.

The .2 seconds issue I've only had happen when I tried changing things while playing a game, so I'm inclined to say that that must be the problem.

You're right on the first account, I found that it works best on the roster page of MyCareer. The second problem I can't seem to find the case for it, it happens even at the roster page. The whole thing seems a tad bit glitchy quite honestly. In my short time using it, it has;

1) drastically slowed down the in-game speed (with no seeable reason why)
2) made one player roughly 8ft tall (again, no cause)
3) made one player unable to shoot a shot or catch a pass

I think I'm just going to stay away from this one. Thanks for the help anyway!
