NBA2K14 Player headband

Hi everybody how can i move headbands in NBA 2K14? i know in game there no options but there is some program to make this? please i wanna know thanks!

I would like made it, but i have no so free time. I get the Euroleague 2K23 mod and its a big mod. I would like make some faces for this big work.
