My career crash after the interview 1 game before all star weekend. I try to play next key game, hoping to past through the all star weekend, but still crash. Anybody knows the solutions?

Unfortunately, your best bet is to restore from a working backup/earlier save, assuming you have one. When bugs like that occur, that usually means something has gone wrong with the save, and there's usually no way to fix that, especially if playing the next key game doesn't bypass the error.
