f062.iff from NBA 2K12 (it works in 2K13 no conversion needed) is your best bet

with paid licenses with the RED MC, you can hide teams and players.
for only players, you can use Leftos' free Roster Editor to change the player's type, make sure isFA is unchecked, and remove their player ID from the rotations tab.

the actual FA uniform is uh/ua999 but I think you want to edit the one being used when playing with draft prospects right?

the surefire way to find the retro team files are to load a 2K roster with RED MC and look at the arenas tab.

just asking sir,

i downloaded the Mythbuster AllstarCourt2013..
the foor ID 's in there are:
f007.iff
f030.iff
f033.iff
f504.iff
f505.iff

it works fine,it updates my all star floor and stadium when Im playing in regular exhibition game.
but..
why it doesn't change my all star court floor when I am playing on Association MODE?
is the IFF ID in association mode is different when playing on regular exhibition game?my court is going back in his default floor, the blue color..
