Tool that i wrote in Feb but didnt post here
Its made to clear game cache with tool

Game creates cache that speedup loading on some PC's but not very useful and sometimes bigger that 2GB's

Run tool
Click detect cache
Click Clear Cache

Will it affect replays?

Replays already are missed up so it will not make match different if this tool made it worse.

Will it affect replays?

No.
Replays are in Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves folder
This program clears Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Cache folder only

I think aguifs was talking about replays during a game, not saved replays. And yes, replays during a game are stored in the Cache folder, so I wouldn't run this tool during a game, unless you want to risk your game crashing. Actually, I would only use this while NBA 2K13 isn't running at all.
