it tells you before you buy

http://redmc.red-mods.com/HowToBuy.html

please read the first post too.

I should add that there is a free Roster Editor that Leftos put out that lets you edit some stuff with the teams tab. Its not as in depth as RED MC, but you can do some stuff.

Does anyone know what the values in FARestr stand for?

I have values 0, 1 & 2. If anyone could shed light on what they mean, that'd be great. Thanks!

DavidBeckham23_, drop me a mes to REDitor@ya.ru. There is a temporary solution.

Hey, a problem I've noticed is that if I change the shoe color on the jersey tab, that also affects the team colors. If you could fix that next time that would be great!

What shoe color do you mean? the RGB codes or the setting, used by CATs?

Does anyone know what the values in FARestr stand for?

I have values 0, 1 & 2. If anyone could shed light on what they mean, that'd be great. Thanks!

0 is unrestricted FA, 1 and 2 are restricted, but i don't know the difference between the two.

A new version of the "old" REDitor II is up in the appropriate thread.

Hi Vlad, hope all is good.

Wanted to let you know that there might be room for you to expand, easier than previously thought, into the PS3.

Here is a link that you may want to take a look at:

http://www.operationsports.com/forums/n ... ditor.html

In sum, Leftos tool can be used for the PS3 in tandem with another tool (that decrypts files) ... so maybe we can use it with RMC too.

Yeah, this is very interesting. Thx for the headsup. The TC has also contacted me via PM, so if Leftos Editor works fine with PS3 files, i think, i will add support for the files into RED MC in a short time.

no, you need to have 30 teams. Your best bet with that would be to edit the schedule and remove a team from it, no idea if that would actually work or not though.

Got a question about Contracts:

Reduced all contracts by one year, no some contracts "ened" although there sould be a year left.
I think it has something to do with cclr years (clear contract years) and player options, but what das die value in clear contract years mean? (And what does clear contract years mean?)

If a player has 2 years left on his contract + a 2 year team option the clear contract years are 2 and the Contract Option is 3 (=2 year team) in editor isnt it?

It's possible. I've done it with the Roster Editor but I've never recreated it.

Leftos' Roster Editor? .... there aren't any values in that that would affect this...

Yes, correct.

About Clone&Delete - still in pre-alpha. Will do my best to achieve at least Beta stage by the end of this week. There will also be a possibility to move "items" around. So, you'll be able to e. g. make Kobe the first player on the roster and make Wizards the first team.

I'm having a weird issue..

My to-date rosters are coming a long great. But, I'm just now encountering an issue where the game always freezes when entering the create-a-player menu. I have about.. 65 give or take CAPs existing in the file already that I've changed the player type to real NBA players. The weird thing is, that if I activate or create a new player in RED MC, leave them as a CAP, then find them in the roster management screen, I can edit them, just fine. Only upon entering the create a player screen does it actually freeze.

Any ideas, gentlemen? Would someone be willing to look at my file or something?

Hey Vlad love ur progam by the way. Your Hall of Fame Tab has a bug. I Put Steve Nash in the Hall of Fame but in the game his first name and last name doesn't show up. Its show up as N/A for both first and last name in the game. Xbox 360

Anyone ever thought of de-coding the user settings file to find the generic face code, so that we could cyberface every aspect of our my careers? IE: Game Day, Game Arrival, and Blacktop? Or just even Game arrival. I know we can already cyberface the my career file itself for in game cyberfaces.

I don't know if that made any sense..
