agreed.... parsons head is quite a bit small not proportion to the body.

because 2k13 lowers the texture quality significantly, in blender those faces are hd, 2k really ruined it this yr with hd quality, probably about to give pc players the boot

That's because it's a port from the console version. And this year one of the things they said was they wanted to run the game at 60 fps. Which is why they reduced the texture quality. Doesn't have anything to do with PC players.

its always been a port of the console version, IMO the game ran better last yr and the yr before, so that 60 fps thing if 2k said that, thats hogwash, wont believe that for a minute, they said the same about 2k11 and 2k12
