Just converted Glen's 2K11 Kemp - Shawn Kemp Face Patch - to 2K12 with Blender.
Import both the 2K11 and 2K12 n2km files into blender, one will be NBA2km.001 or something on the left side (the scene list)
select the 2k11 headshape mesh, do NOT go into edit mode
press ctrl + L to copy it into the other scene, specifically into the 2k12 scene
Delete the 2k11 scene from the project (up at the top, you'll see "SCE:NBA2KM" in a drop down box, hit the X next to it to delete the 2k11 scene after you select it)
Then look at the 2k12 scene objects. They should all be renamed with .001 behind them and you will have two kemp face datas in the same scene.
select the 2k12 mesh (the one you are overwriting) right click it in the scene list, then hit delete.
then ctrl + click the imported 2k11 mesh to rename it to what the 2k12 mesh was before you deleted it.
then ctrl + click to rename the rest of the objects in the scene to remove the .001's.
then realign the eyes and whatnot
