Hey mate, Tried your "Unlock All Settings".

I'm gonna point out my view with it

Good Sides:

1. Got the most desired "Back in Black" Jersey.
2. All of the classic teams unlocked.
3. ABA Ball.

Problems:

1. All teams' "Christmas" jerseys are giving me the all white jersey error.
2. 97-98 Lakers team is a group of headless white bodies.
3. Every time I go to "Home" in the Menus, I get a new "Shoe Unlocked" each time. Sometimes same shoes two consistent times. But every one of those shoes were unlocked from before.
4. At the first, when I loaded "Unlock All Settings" file from "Load", it messed up my Settings & Controller Settings. Thankfully, I had a Association to copy-paste the settings from manually.

The files aren't in the game files, download them from the downloads database, they are community created

Doesn't matter if they were unlocked before since you are using a new settings file, so they are technically being unlocked again.

The "codes" screen will also mention Dev players for the dunk contest and unlocked international and superstar teams....however nothing actually shows up.
