UBR Expansion Retro Teams Paks! - NIB Pak V11 Released!

Ok, the idea is very good, but i think that in the future we gotta study the possibility to give this teams real arenas, logos, jerseys and courts files, like a package to be able to load as a TMM file for your favorite team with the other main 2K12 files like those above.

With that the Expansion Project will be perfect, we can load any TMM team file, then substitute the other files (the arenas, logos, jerseys and courts) in the main 2K12 folder, of course we gotta backup the original files from any other roster file involved (like any other mods for example, even with the UBR Mod case with the one team addition).

For me, if we achieve this level of complexity, the UBR Mod with the Expansion Project will touch the final limity for Gaming Experience. We gotta think about this...

We'll be able to play at least an ehxibition with ANY TEAM IN BASKETBALL HISTORY, WITH REAL STUFF INVOLVED, PERFECT! BY JUST SOME CLICKS AWAY...

There is also the 05-06 Lakers somewhere on the forum. I don't rember where and I don't remember who did them but the were on one or two versions of the UBR !

I was thinking Seven, maybe in the future we will be able to play with the TMM files and the other "2K" ones, as i said before and above, but let's think together, if we substitute the Sophemore files in the 2K12 main folder, for example in the UBR Mod, we backup the original files and put the new ones from our team there, until here we are ok...

All right, but if you want to play with the Sophemore in the UBR Mod, you gotta have a second 2K12 package of files that could substitute other team instead of the Sophemores, for example the Rookie team. So we gotta have three files for every team:

First: The TMM file for our team (could be the 2010-11 Celtics, for example)

Second: A group of files: (for a Stadium = s505.iff) + (for a Court = f505.iff) + (uh505.iff = Home Uniforms) + (ua505.iff = Away Uniforms) to play with our team instead of the Sophemore team.

Third: Another group of files: (for a Stadium = s504.iff) + (for a Court = f504.iff) + (uh504.iff = Home Uniforms) + (ua504.iff = Away Uniforms) to play with our team instead of the Rookie team, in case you want to play again the Sophemore team.

So always when we gotta a team creation we must have this three files avaiable too. That'll guarantee that you can play with against any team in the UBR Mod, of course i don't know if the TMM file gotta be the same for the Rookies and Sophemores. That's my only doubt right now.

Let's think about it??? I know it's boring to do it so, but we need, don't you think guys????? If we combine this options that i said, we solve any trouble to have at least a real ehxibition game between any team in the UBR Mod against their Extension one's.

i'm always open for open mind talk . it would be nice to have more open slots for the expansion teams, but it is what it is.

right now i'm only concentrating in making more retro teams and finding bugs/fixes in the UBR.

yes. you can get them from the UBR itself. just go to association mode and export from there.

unless RF10 gave me an updated TMM for the 89 Suns, i will update what you speak of on my next release...or so.

it looks like i didn't need to use Michael Lutz 09-10 Cavs as base, i just started my own Cavs from scratch (base on the 2K10 ratings).. expect about 3-4 retro teams to be release tonight if everything goes well..

the expansion teams are specifically made for the Ultimate Base Roster only. if your using another Roster it is not guarantee to work.
