ENB graphics enhancer

I wonder if theres a way to unlock better graphic settings for this game. I have seen other games where the max setting was high and people unlocked ULTRA. I also wonder if you can increase arthroscopic filtering or depth of field in the stadiums through hex editor to make everything more crisp. Just a thought if 2k was more popular on pc maybe these things would get explored more.
