I finally made the switch to NBA 2k and 12 is my first game. Been a hard-core Live fan sine 1997 and I just gave up waiting,..

Questions. Sorry, I'm new to 2k12 so go easy on me.
1. On the game sliders. I understand the higher number will increase a player's speed for example.
What about negtive factors like Injury, Fatigue, Stamina? Will a higher number make them more likely to get tired or less likely to get tired? I played around a bit but can't really tell the difference.
2. Because I only play a 8 min quarter, can I adjust the number of fouls before fouling out? I know that was a Live feature. With a 8 min quarter, no one fouls out no matter no agressive they are playing. I like to set it at 4 fouls before fouling out. I know that's not NBA rules, but I'm playing a shorter time game.
