mod tool question, portrait.iff

good day...

i have a question. I opened the portrait.iff in NBA 2K mod tool. I saw Sam Jones photo and look its number. I tried to assign the portrait by using the chinese trainer but i saw the image of Blake Griffin replacing the portrait of generic Sam Jones. How can I assign these portraits?

ok. opened the mod tool, exported the resolution, edited tom heinsohn's generic portrait (395), imported it with photoshop with the nvidia plugin... i erased the whole image in it just to give way to a photo of heinsohn. I saved it in the dx5 and used generic minimap. However, when i imported it to the portrait_h.iff (?) I saw the image that I imported BUT the shape of the photo I imported was the shape of the former generic cyberface. Is there a way to change that shape? Thanks.

check the alpha layer, I dont use photoshop so I dont know how it works.
