Strange PC crash issue

Greetings...been lurking for years and finally decided to join since it seems as good a time as any to join since I'm having a problem.

I recently bought 2k12 on Amazon, and the game plays great except that it crashes at the end of games in Association mode. Basically what happens is, I play through an entire game, and then when I click quit to go back to the Association home page, it crashes to the desktop. I know that crashing has been a problem in things like My Player, and that toggling the autosave can help, but it isn't helping in this case. Anyone hear of this or have any ideas? Makes me wish 2k would patch PC games faster, but I figure maybe someone has found a workaround. Its a great game otherwise, so if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

It happened to me in MyPlayer one time, but never in Association mode so far. What Roster are you using? any Game files changed?

Its happened to me once in My Player, but that seemed somewhat isolated. I'm using one of the official 2K roster updates, and I havent installed any mods except for Rapboys 2012 draft class. I will say that I was able to get through a few association games without this happening, and then the statistics for the game started to get really messed up (IE wrong player names, completely unfathomable game logs etc...) and that was around when this problem began popping up. Could it just be a corrupt association file?

My association settings are as follows:

D-League Games: ON
Chemistry: ON
Player Roles: ON
Trade Deadline: ON
Trade Override: OFF
Allow CPU Trades: ON
Preseason: ON
Injuries: ON
Task Automation: OFF
Play Length: 10 Minutes
Sim Length: 12 Minutes
Autosave: OFF/ON (have toggled and it doesnt fix the problem)
