Jersey patch for low quality players

Can anyone tell me if there is some patch for jerseys when the player in video settings is put on "Low"?
For example Toronto Raptors home jersey has 2 shades of red, and one is pinkish.

no one makes them since the vast majority of the users here play on medium or high settings. I'm sure there is a group of PC players that would appreciate a low setting patcher around here if you wanted to learn and make it.
