What I would do is turn run plays to 0, fast break and tempo to 100. You will have to experiment with the defensive sliders to make sure your teammates can make defensive stops and rebound to start the break.
I'm not sure about the crash boards slider. I always thought it was more for offensive boards, but the in-game description points to all rebounds. With it at 100, its possible that your defense will get back slower or your guards won't take off on the break fast enough. Again, I am not entirely sure about this one.
