Truly, it was the greatest matchup at centre since Wilt/Russell.

The guy in front of Luc isn't Rodman. Seems as if Ron Harper is in there twice.

It's Rodman, but it looks like he's got bleached hair in the game, which combined with the lighting behind him makes him appear bald.

Saying this would be Rodman requires a very creative mind. ;)
I hope you're right and looks more himself ingame. But what do I worry... if he does not, patchers will make him do so.

Bryant Stith is one angry black man.
Rodney Rogers! (Y)

I expect a pregame scene where Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf doesn't give a shite when the national anthem is playing.

And for once, the crossed arms center position actually looks appropriate

They're taking some liberties with the Lakers' starting lineup there. Kobe only started one game that season, Nick Van Exel started more games than Fisher at the point and Rick Fox started all 82 games at small forward.

Hell yes to Rodney. I would like to see some twitching from Mahmoud.

Van Exel over Fisher all day. I wonder if they overrated Kobe on that team. I'll take Eddie Jones over Fox, though.

So Van Exel and Fox were hold-outs as well? But that is a mighty good Eddie Jones.

Taking another glance at the previously announced rosters for all the NBA's Greatest teams, it appears so. Guess that explains it then.

I honestly thought that was the season after Van Exel left. If Nick was a hold out, screw him. Ill take Fish.

He got traded to Denver before the lockout for Tony Battie, and possibly Tyronn Lue.
97-98 was when they had 4 All-Stars, despite not being an overly impressive team.

The team they actually fielded would have been a fun one to play with. As it stands, meh.

They did win 61 games that year but four All-Stars was overkill.

Team had two true All-Stars, Shaq & Eddie Jones.

The more I see the teams, the more I'm glad I'm getting PC so they can fill the rest of roster spots out with the likes of Van Exel, Barkley etc, plus create the mid 90's Pacers & whatever other teams come to mind (Y)

What. The. Hell. Is up with that young Kobe.
That's not Kobe Bryant, that's the black dude that gets to nail Jaime Pressly from 'My Name Is Earl'. We have much much more excellent Afro Kobe CFs here in the forum. Made by amateurs. For a game that's last year.

In the words of Sir Charles, that's :turrible: !!!

Actually, all the cutouts of players look really bad in those lineup screens.

Yeah, it really suits Greg Foster so well.
