i have the pc version but haven't opened it yet, so the gameplay on the 360 isn't on the pc in terms of smoothness and etc.... pc gameplay didn't get updated?

That's disappointing in regards to the Warriors and Kings. I had a feeling that might be the case for PC users though. :(

The gameplay on the PC is exactly what I expected it to be after playing the 360 demo. The smoothness and animations all that got updated for the PC.
Opinions are my own.

Being judgmental that 2K is slowly going EA's way with the differences between PC and console versions right here.

Only reason I preorderd was for the Kings and Warriors. Pathetic.

They could be DLC. But meh, having them on the preview then not to be in the game is disappointing.

Add poor sound quality and missing surround sound to the list. Anyone with a decent 5.1 pc speaker system, or who has their main PC hooked up to their home theatre is going to be disappointed (i understand this is the minority).

I only get stereo (L+R) and it sounds awful. Even the music in the menus sounds like it's <92kbps, or coming from an 80's broadcast. So sad.

thanks for responding JoaSming,
another final question, is the commentary on pc, same as on 360 console.... trying to decide to open pc version and play now, or wait until mods are available and keep playing on 360

You know, I'm hoping that the resource files for that are already in the game directory and someday we'll be able to mod it in. Fingers crossed.

They should be. As far as I'm aware of no one who has those teams has mentioned actually DOWNLOADING the teams. As far as I know they entered the code and it released the teams which would mean the teams are just hidden like the rookies. So that to me makes me think 2k will make us pay for a download code for the less fortunate(console versions w/o, and PC) in the future.

I would guess so unless it has something to do with a .exe or something like that. Otherwise it's already there and eventually someone will find it, like the rookies, and jerseys, so I don't see why it would be a problem.

yes we are. It's not a paid DLC thing, it was a free thing that all of us were supposed to get for buying it early.

Personally I find the trend of charging more money for something that's already in the disc that we already bought and paid for infuriating. Soul Calibur IV and games like that made me so pissed back then. Also, no 1v1 to 4v4 for 2k12 except for DLCs? NICE. I mean seriously. That's AWESOME.

Figured that, thanks for confirming Jao. Any chance if I followed that Hex tutorial you put up I could probably come across it and un-hide it?

Did they put Pick Up games out of it?
(haven't actually done anything with the game than just playing 1 quarter in Quick Game and exporting default roster)

yea, Blacktop mode is only 5v5 with no options, but it cycles through day/night rucker park with a neutral sounding crowd.

there is a DLC announcement that got leaked about a times square court with legends and 2v2, 3v3, HORSE, 21, and the rest of the blacktop options.

Man that sucks. I really hoping 2K change the online like the consoles for us this year. Another disappointment.
I'm having fun playing HOF against CPU in 2K11. Its challenging and realistic but still would like to play against a real life person.
