PS3 Leagues - Only simulation

I'm a French player (I participated at different French leagues on 360).
I search a great US league on PS3 with of rules (In the moment I have not of PS3, I'm waiting of your responses).
I like the simulation spirit, the respect of adversary.
A community who like the beautiful game would awesome !
