How Do I Install a Shadowmod?

Can Someone Explain How i Install a Shadow Mod? I Have Pasted The Global File In NBA 2K12 Folder But It Doesn't Seem Like it Worked. if anyone Can Help Me it Would be greatly Appreciated

you need to be playing on medium/high settings to see the effects usually

I Just Checked My Setting and It Says They are all on High, I only seem to noticed the shadowmod with the ball but the players don't look any different
