Help for stuck ASSOC please

Ok Ive played ASSOC 6 years. Im trying to go into 2019 season and it wont do it. I won Finals in 2018, I can do all the offseason stuff, but that last step where it says go to new season it CTD. Ive NEVER had a crash before except for when the Reditor 3.6 gave me Headshapes in negative numbers. I fixed that so they are all positive so why would it be crashing again??? I have tried turning autosave off, have used the Memalloc program, have went into my task manager options and made sure I had enough virtual RAM paging file size at least 5600. What could it be???? I had modified a created players hotzones to have real hotzones but I went back in and switched it back so it cant be that. It cant be RAM really or it would have crashed previously when I progressed right? Does anyone have experience playing deep into ASSOCs like this???? What is your experience??? Im starting to think there may be too many Free Agents on the list. I used to mod Madden 2008 and when there would be too many free agents the game would crash. Is this possible??? I really want to play a few more years, I have such a great team, Lebron is close to the scoring record, Rondo is close to all time steals record. Ive worked so hard, playing all 82 games of 6 seasons and dont wanna end like this. Oh yeah, I also re installed a clean copy of the game thinking some game files must have gotten corrupted. Nothing fixes it. Its definitely something in the Franchise file thats making it crash. I also gave it high priority in task manager, nothing works. pLEASE HELP me if you can!!!????

Assuming the save file hasn't been damaged beyond repair, you could try disabling the autosave option.

Andrew I tried that already. I wish it was that easy

Well then, you could try making a backup of your Association save and then seeing if removing some free agents or undoing previous changes corrects the problem. If the save has become corrupted due to external editing or a bug in the game, then unfortunately you're out of luck.
