Game running too fast?

Hey guys, I dont know if this problem goes here or not, but I just installed the game on a new pc, and its running like a video on fast foward? Has anybody else had this problem, and does anybody know how to fix it?

check your game speed setting, put it back to 50. In the user settings

Its not the game speed, the intro video, players in the team select screen, etc...all move on 2X speed

Try to turn vsync on in video settings.
